The Duke is situated between Haslemere and Midhurst just off the A286 near Fernhurst.

Our post code does not seem to always register on people’s Sat Nav/Tom Tom. So herewith please find directions to our secret location from all points of the compass.

From north:- Come off A3 at either Milford or Hindhead – follow signs for Haslemere and Midhurst. Take A286 out of Haslemere towards Midhurst; through Kingsley Green and Fernhurst. Keep on A286 until you go round long right-handed bend, Handsome Pig pub on your right. Take next turning left, slip road off A286, signed to Henley. Follow this lane along and round sharp right-handed bend, through the woods and up the hill for about half mile. The Duke is on the right with off-road parking in two car parks.

From south:- Take A286 to Midhurst and on through in direction of Haslemere. Go up the long straight hill, straight on at crossroads at the top, into wooded high banks section. Start indicating right at beginning of high banks and slow slightly; take the narrow lane that slips down parallel to the right off the A286. After about 200 yards you will come to the Duke on your left. Should you miss the little lane carry on down the long winding hill (main A286) and take the right-hand turning signed to Henley. Follow this lane as above directions from the north.

From west/east:- Take A272 from either direction to Midhurst, then A286 to Haslemere out of Midhurst. Directions as above for drivers coming from the south.
